I am very pleased to be asked to give a letter of recommendation for Tony Yeomans, who has been my driving instructor for nearly a year.
When I first started taking my driving lessons I found it extremely difficult to coordinate and cope with controls of the vehicle and was generally very anxious on the roads. Thanking my driving instructor I have overcome my fears and have built up my confidence dramatically. Now I can say with all honesty that I really enjoy and look forward to my lessons, which are not boring and stressful, but quite the opposite – a great fun!
Tony is a highly professional instructor, who not only helps you to get ready for the practical and theoretical parts of your test, but also to achieve all the essential skills to become a safe driver. He knows exactly what an examiner is looking for!
I admire and highly appreciate his patience and punctuality. There has not been an occasion when Tony was late for a lesson or cancelled it. He takes a great pride in everything he does and creates a relaxing atmosphere, which helps to make progress and perform your best!

Learning to drive was a real challenge for me, coming to it a bit later than most and on top of that I had just two months to learn and pass my test. I was worried I might have bitten off more than I could chew! However, with Tony’s excellent teaching, patience and good sense of humour the time flew by and things began to really pull together. I was able to pass my test first time, which I was very proud of particularly as I was never a natural driver. I don’t think I would have passed first time if it hadn’t been for Tony’s teaching. But I'm glad I chose Tony as my instructor, his patience and sense of humour makes you feel very relaxed, and he never confuses or asks too much of you, taking it one step at a time.
